We are trying to connect a user to our QuickBooks server but we keeping a message like this “windows can’t access this computer” what could have been the issue, it started last week?

The only major software that could stop you from accessing another computer where QuickBooks company file is store is the “Windows Firewall”, go to your computer>under the networking sharing>check that you have open access to users, then switch oFF the firewall applications.
If you have antivirus software installed on your company, go to the setting section locate the firewall application.
